Sumiyo: cooking, watching animations, gardening.

Nobuya: reading, fortune-telling, playing soccer. 

Education:

Sumiyo graduated from Kyoto Seika Art University graduate school in 1994. The major was textile design.

Nobuya quitted Momoyama university department of economics in 1994. 

Our Career:

Sumiyo worked as a curator in a gallery for two years after having graduated from a school. Then, she met    

Nobuya who worked as a singer and married. In those days, we had a dream. It becomes a picture book artist.

   After resignation, Sumiyo went into a way of a free-lance illustrator ;Nobuya found a job in a publishing company and acquired experience as a writer.

  For the moment, we receive a work request of a cut from some agents and work hard at production.  

Article Experience of Cuts:

• THUMBELINA --------- This is going to be released in 2007 summer
• Three Little Pigs-------- This is going to be released in 2007 winter

Prize:

• We won a silver medal by the Post-Cards Design Contest that Japanese post office held.
• Five times we were selected for the illustration exhibition which a Japanese publishing company held
