I Ran and Ran

I ran and ran
How wonderful things I saw
How wonderful things I didn't saw
To the top of a mountain I reached

What a wonderful sun I saw
Sun and two ladies

Two loving,  kind ladies
Gave water and bread to me

I ran and ran
How wonderful things I saw
How wonderful things I didn't saw
To a wonderful land I reached

A goat was grazing there
A wolf also  was lying in wait over there

I ate the bread myself
But I gave the water to the earth

The earth gave me grass
Grass here and there

I gave the grass to the goat,
 the goat of the old farmer,
gave me a little milk [...]
